Eastern White Pine is a cornerstone of American architecture and remains one of our top-selling solid wood floors. As our most cost – effective flooring option, it provides an accessible way to bring warmth, history, and organic character into any space. Whether you are performing a meticulous historic restoration, sourcing wood for an authentic floor expansion, or designing a brand-new modern farmhouse, our Eastern White Pine is the industry standard for traditional wide plank pine flooring.
Architectural Continuity: Our ability to mill custom actual widths and 1″ or 1 1/2″ thick planks makes us the premier choice for historic home restoration.
Structural Versatility: Our heavy planks allow for “single-layer” flooring solutions in barns and lofts, providing both the floor and the ceiling in one pass.
Sourced & Milled Locally: From the forest within 90 miles to the racks in our mill, we provide a 100% local, sustainable product.

For projects requiring superior strength, we offer our Knotty Pine in thicker cuts. These are ideal for barn flooring, lofts with exposed joists, and timber frame homes where the flooring acts as both the walking surface and the finished ceiling below.
5/4 Plank (1″ Finished Thickness): Provides added rigidity and a substantial feel underfoot. A favorite for traditional lofts. Available in 4″ to 12″ widths.
8/4 Plank (1 1/2″ Finished Thickness): Our heaviest structural choice. Designed for open-joist construction where maximum span strength is required. Available in 4″ to 12″ widths.
V-Joint Milling: For these thicker planks, we can mill a V-joint on one side. This creates a decorative “v-groove” look when viewed from underneath, perfect for exposed-beam ceilings.
