Tree Characteristics: White Oaks are slow-growing giants that can live for over 300 years and reach heights of 100 feet. This slow growth results in the dense, tight grain patterns found in our premium wide-plank boards.
Natural Moisture Resistance: Unlike other hardwoods, White Oak contains tyloses. This cellular structure makes the wood naturally resistant to rot and moisture, providing superior performance for solid wood floors.
